Whenever my husband is home on the weekends and putters around the house, our 11-month old is DESPERATE to be near him, watch him as he does odd jobs, and of course help handle the tools :-)

One weekend our doorbell had to be fixed, so it was fine for little Caleb to be there and watch. The next weekend, though, a new electrical outlet had to be installed, and he threw a fit each time I took him away from his Papa and tried to distract him with something else. He wanted to do what his Father was doing.
